The program uses horses - dynamic and powerful living beings with the power to model human behavior.\n\n(No horseback riding or horse experience required.) \n\n\n\nParticipants use experiential learning to discover problem solving skills\, creative and innovative ideas to obtain healthy solutions to various workplace and life challenges.
