Cecil Brunch Club
The Cecil Brunch Club travels to the heart of Elkton's, Cynthia's, A Taste of Puerto Rico for some authentic latin flavor and our winter soup event. Frank and Mindy will be making three different soups including a 16 bean soup. We are also free to order from the menu. Afterwards and for those who can join us, we will sightseeing and shopping on Main St. in Elkton that will include The Palette & The Page and Minihane's Pub among other shops in town.
