Cecil County 7th Annual Recovery Walk & Block Party

The Recovery Walk and Block Party is a 5K walk and also a community experience; offering family friendly entertainment, food vendors, free giveaways, special guest speakers, information booths, workshops, arts and crafts, and more. The event is sponsored by Cecil County's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council. 

This year’s theme is “Join the Voices of Recovery: Strengthen Families and Communities.” The community is encouraged to join in and spread the positive message that behavioral health is essential to overall health, that prevention works, that treatment is effective, and that people can and do recover.
