Creating Metal Jewelry with Alcohol Inks

Level: Beginner to Advance

Participants will explore using alcohol inks on metal to create jewelry. Projects will include decorating metal washers for use as pendants or on bracelets, and decorating a metal cuff bracelet blank.

Session one will include alcohol painting on the metal washers and the cuff bracelet and putting the first coat of acrylic seal on the pieces. (The instructor will add additional coats of sealer as needed before second session.)

Session two will include assembling the necklaces and bracelets using satin cord, beads, charms and gems/stones.

Participants will create two metal washer pendants and one cuff bracelet.
