Elkton Halloween Parade

The 2017 Elkton Halloween Parade will be Friday October 27 at 7 PM. The parade is being organized again this year by the Elkton Chamber Alliance and it’s members for the benefit of the children (and adults) of Elkton and the surrounding area. Groups, Family Groups, Bands, Floats, and individuals welcome. Line up for participants is 6:30 PM in the Municipal Lot at Howard & Bow St. Jack Foreaker will be doing his Halloween Puppet Show starting at 6 PM in the Municipal Lot and Bow Street
