Join Jennifer Doyle Boileau of Flow with Jennifer Boileau for a candlelight trataka meditation and sound bath event from 11:00am to 12:30pm! You will: - Receive a candle to be adorned by you (materials provided) - Learn how to use the candle as a way to ignite your intuitive center - Engage in a sound bath & guided meditation while being enveloped by the crystal alchemy singing bowls, brilliant paiste gong & koshi chimes We will release old energy, and learn to trust our intuition a little more.
