Celebrate International Women's Day by embracing your inner goddess!
Each year, this day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done.
With that said, women's physical as well as mental health is an important factor in feeling confident and empowered to make a difference in our community, relationships, and even within ourselves.
Come join this women's only yoga and meditation session.
Mats and supplies will be provided. Must register prior to event.
Everyone will receive a special token as a reminder to embrace your inner creativity and beauty.
No previous experience is necessary, just an open mind and heart to embrace your mind body connection.
