In this seminar "Grounded in Your Roots," you will be focusing on the root chakra, emphasizing grounding and connection to our foundation of who you are.
Find your "groundedness" through affirmations and breathing techniques to enhance awareness to their surroundings, body, and presence.
Sometimes we face challenges big or small, and we can lose our deeper acknowledgement of our physical and emotional state. You will learn how to rechannel your mindset through meditation to gain this back and more.
