This time of year, is when we have a change in our schedules, change in the weather, change in preparation for future holidays, etc. You can either become resistant to change or resilient to change.
This is where we can embrace our sense of resilience through our solar plexus chakra, our center for strength and confidence in resilience to changes.
Come join us for our yoga and wellness workshop that will empower you through strengthening our solar plexus to enhance your sense of self awareness, self-empowerment, letting go of control, and setting healthy boundaries.
Indulge in fall themed refreshments after outdoor yoga and meditation by the willow at Dreamview Farm (indoors if weather is permitting).
Everyone will receive a take home token of citrine crystal, healthy fall recipes, and personal affirmation card to continue to focus on your solar plexus inside and out.
