Project Prom

Project Prom is an event dedicated to the supporting the youth of Cecil County. During a fun afternoon including selecting a dress, choice of accessories and shoes, and learning about the latest make-up and hair tips, they will also learn about safe and healthy relationships. Boys are invited to try on tuxedos, have a photo shoot, and learn the best ways to color coordinate with their date.
