The Susquehanna Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America will hold a dinner meeting on September 13, 2018 at The Bayou Restaurant, Havre de Grace. The guest speaker for the evening is Mark Cowley, APGFCU Credit Union, who will talk about personal financial security. All members and prospective members are invited to attend. Membership is open to all retired and active duty Armed Services officers.
