UBCSS Art Exhibition Opening Reception
In collaboration with Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services and celebrating May as Mental Health month, Cecil County Arts Council will be hosting the 22nd Annual, "Expressions of Healing" art exhibit that will hang in the gallery during the month of May. All are welcome, light refreshments will be provided.
