Our Mission: As a reflection of God’s love, Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna creates affordable housing opportunities throughout Harford and Cecil counties by building, renovating, and repairing homes in partnership with the community.

Our Vision Statement:
Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna’s vision is to create a community where everyone has an affordable & decent place to live.

All Habitat homeowners go through a rigorous application process, put in at least 250 hours of volunteer work and take financial literacy classes all for the chance to pay back their own, low to no interest, mortgage.

Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna relies on financial and in-kind support to continue our mission of helping low-income families maintain their homes and/or become homeowners. Currently only 4% of our building materials are donated, the remaining 96% are purchased through financial donations. Your financial support to Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna keeps your charity dollars local. Local giving is a win win for us all, improving our neighborhoods and home values through home ownership.
