We do not cater to body builders or power lifters, we create a comfortable, non-intimidating environment for Cecil County folk to workout, meet friends and improve their general fitness. Most of our members are first-time gym users so everyone is welcome! We invite you into our gym where any of our Service Desk Team Members will be more than happy to give you a tour of our world class facility. We offer tons of cardio equipment as well as a variety of weight resistant machines that are all very user friendly. We also have an express 30-minute circuit that allows you to get a full body workout conveniently and easily. Our certified fitness instructor, Cody, offers sessions in a group setting of no more than five people. With over 1000 pe@pf classes and Design Your Own appointments every month to offer, he helps you keep your workouts new and exciting, motivates you to keep going, not to mention you have instant workout buddies in the classes.
